KAMA ELEPHANT 6000 UNIVERSAL TRACTOR HITCH

It is designed for the use of mounted agricultural machinery (deep tillers, plows, etc.) on tractors that do not have a three-point coupling.

It is equipped with width-adjustable hitch brackets that are operated as two lower coupling points. The stretching screw, the length of which may be adjustable, is used as a third upper point.

Lifting and lowering of the mounted unit installed on the hitch are performed by a hydraulic cylinder. There is a hydraulic lock  installed on the hydraulic cylinder in order to avoid spontaneous lowering during transportation and operation. An adjustable orifice is installed in the hydraulic system in order to avoid sudden shocks when lifting and lowering the attached unit and to regulate the speed of lifting/lowering. High-pressure hoses are equipped with standard quick-release fittings.

The special design of the tractor hitch contributes to uniform distribution of the load generated during operation between the axle of the truck and  coupling device. When loosening the soil with a deep tiller or plow (rotary, semi-rotary), the load that occurs during digging of the knife into soil layer is transmitted through the lever system and the wheel axle to the tractor coupling device by increasing its weight and thereby eliminating skidding of rear wheels. The drawbar, which is more extended in comparison with similar attachments of foreign production, eliminates  overbalance of the tractor by mounted unit during transportation.
