Description
Heavy hydroficated harrows (BZTS-1,0) are used for loose and light soils.
They loosen the soil to the depth of 6 cm. The diameter of clods after processing does not exceed 5 cm, the depth of furrows is 3 - 4 cm.
Seeds of winter crops are processed by tooth harrows in spring and the top layer of soil is loosened and dead plants are removed.
The quantity of damaged plants does not exceed 3%.
The working unit of tooth harrows is a tooth that works as a two-sided wedge: its front edge splits (cuts) the soil, and the side faces push apart, crumple and mix its particles, destroy large clods of soil.
The teeth located obliquely in the opposite direction to the direction of movement are buried more than those installed obliquely in the course of movement, since the vertical component of the soil reaction increases and tends to push the tooth out of the soil in the second case.
Tooth harrows aggregate by means of KAMA LEOPARD 26 double-row couplers with tractors having capacity of 120 up to 450 hp.
Each section of the harrow is equipped with a trailer device in the form of hooks, which chains are attached to.
The depth of tillage depends on the length of connecting couplings and on location of oblique cut of the tooth in relation to direction of moving.
