Description
KAMA TIGER deep tiller is used for chiseling water-resistant compacted soil layer in order to decompact the plow soil without damaging the stubble and without turning the layer. KAMA TIGER deep tiller improves the air and water regime of the soil root layer, prevents the soil from developing erosion, contributes to accumulation of moisture and increases agricultural yields.
KAMA TIGER deep tiller has been designed for chiseling the soil by nonmouldboard and mouldboard with deepening of the plough layer by using nonmouldboard technology instead of spring and winter plowing, deep loosening the soil on fallow fields and slopes, and it is used for post-harvest loosening and pre-sowing treatment of mulch and stubble agricultural backgrounds, swollen soil, as well as for processing forage lands and fallow lands.
Volumetric loosening to the depth of up to 45 cm is a technological process that creates the best moisture and air exchange in the loosened layer, improves the microclimate in the soil and provides:
- good aeration and infiltration of meltwater and rainwater;
- porosity of the soil increases by several times;
- water permeability increases by 20% ;
- conditions are provided for "suction", accumulation of large reserves of moisture in the air and soil, as well as its redistribution;
- the quantity of active roots increases by 1.7 - 2 times in the loosened area;
- KAMA TIGER deep tiller prevents erosion processes from occurring when working on the slope;
- deep penetration of moisture and its accumulation in the lower layers contributes to good development of the root system and an increase in yield by 12-18%;
- resistance is reduced during the processing by tractors and other machinery due to loosening of the soil, which both leads to fuel economy and reduces load on the machinery in future.
