We are happy that today the situation in Tatarstan is stable at the turn of the millennium. In recent years, the Republic of Tatarstan has repeatedly proves its innovative approaches to solving many social and economic problems. Its leadership is making active efforts to strengthen civil peace and harmony. The Republic of Tatarstan has done a lot to create a truly democratic foundation of Russian federalism, strengthen multilateral ties between the regions of the country, and preserve the integrity of Russia.

We are sure that Tatarstan will continue to make a significant contribution to the revival of Russia, to preservation of its unity and development of spiritual wealth.
